1. All Sales Are Final

All glass artworks and handmade products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.

Each piece is individually handcrafted and may contain natural variations in shape, texture, colour, or small bubbles. These characteristics are part of the material language of glass and are not considered defects.

2. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, please provide:

• Clear photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the original packaging (including outer box and padding)

• Your order number

Once the damage is confirmed, we will offer one of the following options at our discretion:

• A replacement (subject to availability)

• A repair (if feasible)

• A full or partial refund

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

3. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size or preference

• Minor aesthetic variations inherent to handmade glass

4. Custom & Commissioned Works

All custom-made, made-to-order, or commissioned pieces are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

5. Shipping Responsibility

We take great care in packaging all glass artworks securely. Once an item has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. In the event of shipping damage, we will assist you in filing a claim where applicable.
